    Stood in queue for minutes behind just one person before just giving up and leaving.From observing what was going on the store is clearly taking huge orders from Deliveroo and spending a ridiculous amount of time preparing them without enough staff but happy to let paying customers standing at the front of their counter wait for half an hour. It’s simple if you don’t have enough staff don’t be greedy and take orders you can’t make in a reasonable time and then just ignore customers waiting in store.

    The worst subway in the UK.Sadly not the first issue I have had here.Firstly there are multiple staff members who work behind the counter who don’t actually do anything. There is about people there and only person serving even when there’s a que.Secondly, I ordered a salad to which they made my order after waiting in a que and wasting half of my lunch break - to get to the payment where I paid and they tried to give it to me without cutlery. To which I asked if they had any abs they looked at me abs shrugged. I asked how am I suppose to eat lettuce covered in Mayo? When they just looked at me blankly.Today I went to subway and quite frankly it was the last straw. I made my order and paid for my order (footlong bmt) I ate the first sandwich and everything was fine and then I opened up the second sandwich to which it was not my order... it was a steak sandwich with all different salads and sauces which was completely not my order! I obviously did not order this.I am so disappointed. Do not go to this place to eat.
